Conergy is one of the largest producers of mounting systems for solar applications and is among the world’s most experienced manufacturers. In the two locations, Rangsdorf near Berlin and Sacramento, California, experienced employees work on nearly 20,000 square meters of production and warehouse space.

Here, Conergy produces individual mounting system solutions with market leading technologies, professional project support and flexible manufacturing capacity in the aluminium processing. The complete range includes fixing systems and module frames. For the development of products and customised solutions at the highest technical level, an experienced engineering team is at the customer’s disposal. Through the high degree of automation in the production process, high quality products can be manufactured more cost-effectively.

All mounting systems, manufactured in Rangsdorf, offer a maximum of security, since in the ISO-9001-certified factory, only the best materials are used. Stability and structure of the mounting systems comply with the technical guidelines and standards and therefore have more than a ten-year warranty. For this performance, “Mounting Systems” was awarded the “Wachstumspreis” (growth prize) of the Potsdam Chamber of Commerce in 2010 and nominated for the Innovation Prize at the PV Symposium in Bad Staffelstein, Germany in 2011.
